Can I book my child in on the day I wish for them to attend?
We can always offer space onsite in holiday club. There may not be room on the trip but we offer a range of activities on site, which are exciting and stimulating for children of all ages. You would then receive an invoice at a later date for any sessions that are not pre-booked.
My child is on the waiting list for a trip – what does this mean?
The trips that we provide are usually very popular meaning that quite often we have to open up a waiting list. If a space become available on the trip, firstly, we will ring the person who has made the booking to confirm whether they would still like their child to go on the trip. Once we have spoken to them we will ask the child if they would like to go, if both parties agree the child will go on the trip and the parent/carer will be invoiced at a later date. If your child does not get to go on the trip, we always offer many different activities for the children on site,
